Order by 3pm Eastern Time M-F and most orders ship the same day from the State of Georgia in the USA.
Standard shipping is free to the continental US for orders of $150.00 or more. Flagpoles over 6 feet long have an "over-size" surcharge added when placed in the shopping cart.
If you live in the Atlanta or North Georgia area you can order online and choose to pick up your order at our outlet shop near downtown Dawsonville. If you take advantage of that service no shipping sharges apply. See Details
Returns
We give credit for all items that are returned unused because of a product defect. Defective products must be reported to us by phone at 1.800.552.4382 or by email to customerservice@flagsgeorgia.com within 3 days of receipt of the defective product. We will give credit for the return shipping cost only if we have given prior authorization for the return by phone or email.
If we have not given prior authorization for the shipping method, we do not give credit for the return shipping.
If products are returned for any reason (other than product defect), we will give credit for the amount of the product only (not initial or return shipping charges) if we are notified by email or phone prior to returning the product. When we are notified of a pending return, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and we reserve the right to not accept returns that have not been issued a RA Number.
Items must be returned unused in their original packaging within 30 days of the original order date. A restocking charge of $10.00 or 10% whichever is greater will be charged for all orders that are returned (other than product defect).
If we need to replace a defective item or an incorrectly shipped item, we will send the replacement items at no cost, but we will only ship the replacements using the same shipping method as the original shipment. Any expedited shipping methods requested by the customer for replacement items will be charged to the customer at our actual cost. It will be the customer's responsibility to order their products within sufficient time frames in order to allow for any defect or incorrect product to be received before the product is needed.

A variety of country flag decal designs are available here. All stickers are self-adhesive and will adhere to any smooth flat surface.
Standard and Flag-It brand rectangular decals are made of waterproof vinyl with adhesive on the back of the decal. They are printed with inks that allow them to last years even when subjected to direct sunlight and wet weather. Great for use outdoors on trucks, boats, and cars. Decorate your home or automobile and show your national pride!
Flag-It brand European style oval decals are made of a reflective vinyl material and are waterproof. The adhesive is on the back of the decal. They measure 3.5″ x 4.75″ and can be used either indoors or outdoors. Each oval decal package has a header card with a hole punched in to hang on a store peg board. These are great items to re-sell in a specialty shop.
Flag It brand soccer European style oval decals measure 3.5″ x 4.75″. They are printed on high quality laminated waterproof vinyl stock. Made in the USA. 48 countries are available including 21 designs for countries in the 2018 World Cup Tournament.
Reflective flag decals are available for over 200 countries. These prismatic stickers are made of waterproof vinyl. Each decal measures 3″ x 4″ and can be used outdoors in all weather. Great for attaching to your car, truck or boat.
