<h2>3. Shipping</h2>
<ul>
<li>Orders placed Monday through Friday usually ship within one business day, excluding federal holidays.</li>
<li>Orders of $150 or more ship free with Standard Shipping to the 48 continental United States.</li>
<li>Delivery estimates come from the carriers and are not guaranteed.</li>
<li>Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address.</li>

<h2>4. Returns and refunds</h2>
<ul>
<li>Defective items must be reported by phone or email within 72 hours of delivery.</li>
<li>Other returns must be unused, folded in the original packaging and returned within 30 days of the order date. A restocking charge of $10.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, applies to returns that are not due to a defect.</li>
<li>Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.</li>

<p>We work to describe our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly because of screen settings or manufacturing differences. Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer.</p>

<p>Product descriptions, original photos, logos and other content created by Flags Georgia LLC may not be copied or used without written permission. Some product images are used with permission from the manufacturer, and all trademarks belong to their owners.</p>

<li>Delays caused by carriers or other third parties</li>
